Sheriff's Office Investigates Disappearance of 23 Year Old Woman
UPDATE: Ms. Hyde was located during the early evening hours of March 31, 2014 in the Denver area. She had gone there on her own free will.
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the disappearance of 23 year old Danielle Hyde of Eastern El Paso County. Ms. Hyde’s father reported her missing on March 30, 2014 after speaking with her shortly after 1:00 p.m. and learning she was on her way home from work; she works near Academy Boulevard and Woodmen Road. Danielle never arrived home and friends and family have been unable to reach her since then. In speaking with Danielle’s family, it is unlike her to leave the area without maintaining contact with her family or keeping her employer informed.
In addition to trying to contact Danielle, the Sheriff’s Office exhausted other avenues to locate her such as checking local hospitals, checking with other law enforcement agencies, and attempting to “emergency-locate” her cell phone. Danielle was driving a 2000 green in color Subaru Outback with Colorado license plate 284-XXI.
Pictures of Danielle as well as the shirt she was last wearing are included. A “stock “photograph of a 2000 green in color Subaru Outback is also attached.
Anyone with information about Danielle’s whereabouts is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 719-390-5555.
